Solidity v0.8.23: Fix block deduplicator bug: blocks which are identical apart from the contents of verbatim instructions treated as equivalent and collapsed into a single one. Empty --yul-optimizations and optimizerSteps sequence can now always be provided.
Fe v0.26.0: Give option to produce runtime bytecode as compilation artifact, new verify command to verify onchain contracts against local source code, added a new page on EVM precompiles.
IPFS Kubo v0.24.0: Support for content blocking, root of the CARs are no longer meaningful in Gateway, improved publishing defaults and use TTL for caching in IPNS, added experimental transport: WebRTC Direct.
